March
On Saturday 28th March at 6pm the Laughton Village Choir & The Clockhouse Singers will perform St. John Passion by J.S. Bach. Tickets are £18.00. Tickets available online. Click here.
On Palm Sunday, 29th March, at Holy Cross Church at 5.30pm we will have a reading of the complete Gospel according to Matthew.
On Monday 30th March St Margaret of Antioch in Isfield have the Office of Compline at 7.00pm. Everyone is welcome.
On Tuesday 31st March St Michael & All Angels in Little Horsted will have the "Refiner's Fire" Service of Healing & Reconciliation which will be at 7pm. This is a beautiful service where everyone is welcome.
April
On Wednesday 1st April at 7.00pm at Holy Cross Church, we will have our special Agape Service with meal. The Last Supper Jesus had with his Disciples was a Passover Meal, and this service is based on this. A simple shared Eucharist is also held. Registration for this service will open during March and is required if you wish to attend this service in order for us to arrange catering.
On Thursday 2nd April at 7.30pm at Holy Cross Church, we will have our Maundy Thursday service which will include the washing of feet and keep watch till midnight. Details for those that would like to volunteer to have a foot washed will be released in March.
On Good Friday, 3rd April at Holy Cross there will be an Enactment of the Passion and Communion at 2pm. Everyone is welcome.
The Easter Vigil with the lighting of the New Fire and Paschal candle takes place on Saturday 4th April 2026 at 8pm.
On Saturday 18th April at 6.30pm in The Belmont Centre, we will be having our Quiz Night with a Fish 'n' Chip supper in aid of the Holy Cross Organ repair appeal.
On Wednesday 29th April at 8pm in Holy Cross Church, The Ashdown Singers hold their concert - Music of the Gods. Money raised is in aid of the Holy Cross Organ repair appeal. Advance tickets at £12 (if purchased before 22nd April). Otherwise £15.00. Click here to book online.

Our Spring Festival is on Bank Holiday Monday 4th May from 10am until 4pm on Luxford Field. Volunteers are needed so please get in touch with Sarah Widdowson (07906727417) if you can help in any way. Also, if you would like to setup and run your own stall, please get in touch.
