November 2025
Holy Cross will remember loved ones who have died at the All Souls Requiem service which will be on Thursday 6th November at 7pm.
The Civic Service of Remembrance will be held on Sunday 9th November at 3pm at Holy Cross Church.
On 22nd November between 10am and 2pm, Holy Cross will hold it's Christmas Fair. We are thrilled to announce that our annual Christmas Fair will be taking place once again this year with a day jam-packed with festive treats! There will be hampers, cakes and bakes, stocking fillers, decorations, bottle & chocolate tombola's, gifts stalls, craft stalls, jewellery and so much more! FREE ENTRY so please do come along and join us as we kick off the festive season! We have a limited number of external stalls available so If you would like to join us with a stall the year please ONLY contact sarahwiddowson@hotmail.co.uk for details.
On 23rd November at 5.30pm the Choir will lead a special Bell Ringers Choral Evensong at Holy Cross. All are welcome.
On 29th November the Friends of Sussex Hospices Concert - Countdown to Christmas "In Words and Music" will be held in Holy Cross Church at 6.30pm. Set to be an amazing concert. Tickets available from their website. Click here. 
On 30th November the Choir will lead the Advent Carol Service which will be held at Holy Cross Church at 5.30pm. Everyone is welcome.
December 2025
Our Festival of Trees will start from 5th December. Please see our dedicated page for more details.
On 11th December the Major welcomes everyone to the Major's Carol Service at Holy Cross at 6pm to celebrate the volunteer community of Uckfield, attended by our MP and local dignitaries. Local charities and volunteer community groups will take part in the service and the service is open to all residents who are also invited for refreshments afterwards in The Belmont Centre.
On 12th December the Uckfield Singers will celebrate with a Christmas Concert at Holy Cross Church at 7pm. Tickets available from 'Gale and Woolgar' or from their website. Click here.
13th December at 7pm Uckfield Concert Brass lead Carol's by Candlelight. Please come and enjoy singing Carol's with us with our Church lit up with candles.
21st December at 6pm everyone is invited to our annual Nine Lessons and Carols service at Holy Cross led by our Choir.
24th December at 4pm we will hold the Crib Service at Holy Cross Church.
On 28th December at 5.30pm the Choir will lead a Sung Evensong at Holy Cross. All are welcome.
