The Parish of Horsted Parva is bounded by those of Isfield, Ringmer, Framfield and Uckfield. Since 1950 the living has been held in plurality with those of Uckfield and Isfield, the Rector of Uckfield being also Rector of Little Horsted and appointing an assistant curate with special responsibility for the parishioners of Little Horsted.

Outside of Church Services, the church is normally closed.  Access can be arranged by making contact with the Parish office.
