Holy Cross holds an act of Civic Service of Remembrance on remembrance Sunday in November.

The event normally follows this pattern:

Annual Parade and Remembrance Service

The annual parade takes place on the afternoon of Remembrance Sunday, and includes the Remembrance Service which takes place at The Church of Holy Cross, Belmont Road, Uckfield at 3:00pm.

The parade forms at the north end of Luxford Field Car Park and proceeds to The Church of the Holy Cross for the Remembrance Service via Civic Approach, Uckfield High Street and Church Street. After the service and laying of the wreaths, the parade reforms and returns to Luxford Field Car Park via Church Street, Uckfield High Street and Library Way where the Mayor of Uckfield, Councillor Karen Bedwell, will take the salute.

The itinerary is as follows:
1400 hrs         Guests and participants meet at Luxford Field Car Park (TN22 1AL)
1425 hrs         Form Parade
1435 hrs         Parade departs for the Church of the Holy Cross
1500 hrs         Remembrance Service at The Church of the Holy Cross
1550 hrs         Exit Church, wreath laying and playing of the Last Post
1610 hrs         Parade reforms and returns to Luxford Field Car Park via Library Way where the Town Mayor will take the salute.
